Pilates using the Reformer equipment is a modality with a therapeutic component that aims to help with rehabilitation and injury prevention, but also to improve general and specific physical condition.
The method was developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates and was based on the concept called controlegy, this concept is nothing more than the conscious control of each movement executed by our body through the use of the musculoskeletal system.

WHAT ARE OUR CLASSES LIKE AND WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
Pilates classes on Reformer are held in a SMALL GROUP TRAINING context, with a maximum of 4 students per class in order to guarantee personalized support that meets the needs of each student.
In addition to classes, we also offer an even more specific and personalized service, which is personalized training sessions.
Classes last approximately 50 minutes.
