HIIT
The word HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is one of the biggest trends in the fitness world.
Due to the structure and characteristics of the method, training sessions are short in duration.
HIIT consists of a set of exercises performed at high intensity for a short period of time, interspersed with other periods of low intensity or total rest.

Due to the intensity of the training, even after the class ends, it allows the body to continue burning fat.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit Training is an interval training class performed by stations where each station has a specific objective (strength, endurance, mobility and power). Students go through the different stations of the circuit in the same class. The exercises are adapted to the level of each student so that everyone benefits from a stimulus according to their fitness levels.

PILATES
Pilates is a training method developed by Joseph Pilates. It is based on the control of precise and fluid movements, performed with an emphasis on concentration, breathing and postural alignment.
