CrossFit Teens is a class where students develop the various conditional and coordinative physical abilities that are essential for the harmonious and healthy development of children.
Taking as a reference the optimal periods for the development of different capacities and the general and specific principles of training in children and young people, the Cross Teens training program emerges.
Running, jumping, pushing, climbing, pulling among many other motor actions, this class promises to be motivating, dynamic and creative, always taking into account the needs of the youngest.
From 10 to 14 years old.
