Na organização e planeamento dos treinos de Crossfit procuramos incidir sobre as várias capacidades físicas condicionais e coordenativas (força, resistência, velocidade, mobilidade, equilíbrio agilidade etc). O facto de não planearmos sempre com rotinas fixas e previsíveis aumenta a motivação de quem pratica esta modalidade pois cada treino é um desafio permanente e cada treino é distinto do anterior. Esta variação do treino, assente numa organização e planeamento estruturado prepara as pessoas para desafios físicos aleatórios.

They are multi-joint, natural movements that provide an improvement in general physical condition in all its capacities.

INTENSITY
Intensity is the variable most frequently associated with maximizing the rate of return of favorable exercise adaptations.
Each athlete trains at high intensity, taking into account their capabilities at the time of training. What is very intense for one athlete may not be for another, and this is where Crossfit Magnanimus coaches come in, creating training and adaptation conditions so that each athlete receives a stimulus that is appropriate to their capabilities at a given moment throughout the training process.
